Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons.

Your returned item needs to have the invoice that was included in the original shipment.

Faulty goods
If you believe your item is faulty then please contact us info@humbleshop.co.uk or the humble store on 01386 304019 as soon as you can - we will discuss the best methods to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
If you have chosen to return your item and the item is not faulty then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Changing or cancelling an order
In most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us at info@humbleshop.co.uk as soon as you can.
If your order has already left for delivery to you, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Can I return my web purchase to a store?
Yes, if you have purchased online then you can return your item to our Chipping Campden store - the returns policy above still applies. However, your purchase will have to be refunded using the same method of purchase. No cash refunds can be given for online purchases.
If something goes wrong processing your order
Sometimes things just go wrong. You will be refunded if we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered. It may be the last one we have in a range and it’s not in good enough condition to send or it gets damaged as we’re processing your order. We try really hard not to let this happen but when it does and we can’t get you a replacement we send you a refund and notify you as soon as we can.
